The information below applies to customers using Suzuki's proxy buying, proxy bidding, package forwarding, and related services to purchase, receive, and ship items from Japan to Vietnam.

| Payment timing | When placing a proxy buying order, customers pay 100% of the item price, Japan domestic shipping fee if known, Rakuten fee if any and additional services if selected from their Balance. This amount is held and only finally deducted when Suzuki successfully purchases the item. If the Balance is insufficient, customers cannot place the order and the website displays the missing amount together with the "Top up more" ("Nạp thêm") button. After winning an auction, the system creates an order including the winning price inclusive of tax and the shipping fee reported by the seller; customers pay at "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán") within the deadline required by the seller, and this amount is not automatically deducted from the Balance. When goods have left Japan, customers receive a shipping fee payment request at "Payment management", need to confirm the receiving address and delivery method before paying, and must pay the shipping fee before the goods are delivered. Delivery fees within Vietnam are paid by the customer to the delivery company upon receiving the goods. |
| Service provision timing | Suzuki proceeds with the purchase after the customer places an order and pays in full as prescribed. For auctions, Suzuki places bids according to the customer's actions when the customer has verified their phone number, activated the Auction Plan and the product is eligible. For package forwarding, goods are only considered received when Suzuki confirms they have been stored at the Japan warehouse. The shipping process includes: the seller sends the goods to the Japan warehouse, Suzuki stores them, dispatches them by flight or sea container, the goods arrive at the Vietnam warehouse and are delivered to the customer. Shipping times are estimates, not commitments: air shipping closes shipments weekly, usually about 1–2 weeks from when the goods arrive at the Japan warehouse to the Vietnam warehouse; sea shipping loads containers in batches about once every 2 months, with total time usually about 1–2 months. Timing may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, weather or carriers. |
| Cancellation and refund | After placing a proxy buying order, customers cannot cancel by themselves on the website. If the purchase is unsuccessful due to the item being out of stock, the seller canceling, or being rejected, the link is canceled and the money is refunded to the Balance; most are refunded immediately upon cancellation, but cases that must wait for the marketplace or seller to refund take longer. If a surcharge arises because the seller increases the price, customers may refuse to pay; in that case the link is canceled and the money is refunded to the Balance, except for Yahoo! Auctions where the surcharge is mandatory. Cancellation not due to the seller's fault may be subject to a processing fee depending on each case. After winning an auction, customers cannot cancel; failing to pay or abandoning goods after winning may be subject to a processing fee and feature restriction on bidding. |

Item prices in yen are converted to Vietnamese dong according to the Suzuki exchange rate announced on the website. The exchange rate is fixed at the time of ordering; later amounts arising for the same item use the fixed exchange rate. The exchange rate may change over time. Amounts in dong are rounded up to the nearest thousand.
Suzuki has the right to refuse to buy, bid on, receive or send goods that are prohibited or restricted under Japanese law, Vietnamese law, marketplace and carrier regulations, or goods with high risk. Customers are responsible for correctly declaring package forwarding goods. Item information such as descriptions, photos and condition is published by the seller; Suzuki does not inspect goods before purchase and is not responsible for information posted by the seller. Used goods purchased from sellers are not covered by a product warranty from Suzuki.
