Cancel an order after it has been placed or after winning an auction
You cannot cancel an order yourself after placing it; an auction that has been won cannot be canceled.

This article explains how to handle cases where you want to cancel a proxy buying order, decline a surcharge due to the seller increasing the price, or have won an auction on Yahoo! Auctions.
Proxy buying orders after they have been placed
When you place a proxy buying order, Suzuki holds the money from your Balance and proceeds to purchase the item. After the time of ordering, the website has no action for you to cancel the order yourself.
- 1
Check the order status
Go to the "Order Management" ("Quản lý đơn hàng") page to see what status the order is in, for example "Processing" ("Đang xử lý"), "Waiting for payment" ("Chờ thanh toán"), "Domestic shipping in progress" ("Đang vận chuyển NĐ"), or "Canceled" ("Đã huỷ").
- 2
Contact support if you want to check whether cancellation is possible
If you want to ask about canceling an order, send a chat message on the website or app, or contact [email protected]. Suzuki will check on a case-by-case basis.
- 3
Monitor the processing result
If the purchase is unsuccessful because the item is out of stock, the seller cancels, or it is rejected, the link will be canceled and the money will be refunded to your Balance. Most refunds are recorded as soon as the cancellation is made; in some cases, you must wait for the marketplace or seller to refund the money.
Declining a surcharge due to the seller increasing the price
After ordering, if the actual price is higher or the seller charges an additional fee, you may receive a surcharge payment request in "Payment Management" ("Quản lý thanh toán").
- 1
Open the surcharge request
Go to "Payment Management" and check the details of the surcharge requested for the item link.
- 2
Choose not to pay if it is a price-increase surcharge
For a surcharge due to the seller increasing the price, you may refuse to pay. In that case, the item link is canceled and the money held for that link is refunded to your Balance.

Special note for Yahoo! Auctions
For Yahoo! Auctions, any incurred surcharge is mandatory. You cannot refuse the surcharge in the way that applies to ordinary proxy buying orders.
Yahoo! Auctions auctions
Auctions are different from ordinary proxy buying. After you win an auction on Yahoo! Auctions, the system creates an order consisting of the winning price and the shipping fee reported by the seller. You need to pay for this order in "Payment Management".
