Account setup: phone number, delivery address, and language

After registering a Suzuki account, you should complete the basic information so that placing orders, proxy bidding, package forwarding, and receiving goods in Vietnam are more convenient.

Verify your phone number

   Register or log in to your account

   You can register by email with your full name, phone number, email, and a password of at least 6 characters, or register with Google.

   Enter your phone number

   Your phone number is used to verify your account before you use the proxy buying, proxy bidding, and package forwarding features.

   Receive an OTP code by SMS

   Suzuki sends a 6-digit OTP code by SMS to the phone number you entered.

   Enter the OTP code to complete verification

   After successful verification, you can continue placing orders, creating package forwarding orders, or activating an Auction Plan if you want to bid on Yahoo! Auctions.

Delivery address in Vietnam

The delivery address is the information Suzuki uses when delivering goods to you in Vietnam. Goods shipped by air go to the Hanoi warehouse; goods shipped by sea go to the Ho Chi Minh City warehouse.

   Prepare recipient information

   You need to provide the full name, phone number, and delivery address so that Suzuki can handle delivery in Vietnam.

   Choose the shipping route when ordering

   When placing an order or creating a package forwarding order, you must choose the international shipping route: air or sea.

   Confirm the address before paying the shipping fee

   When the goods have left Japan, you will receive a payment request such as "Shipping payment batch …" ("Thanh toán vận chuyển đợt …") in "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán"). Before paying, you must confirm the delivery address and delivery method.

   Choose the delivery method in Vietnam

   You can choose Viettel Post, 247 Express, express delivery via Viettel/247, book Grab, or come to the warehouse to pick up the goods yourself. Domestic delivery fees are paid to the delivery provider upon receipt.

Display language

You should choose a suitable display language to make it easier to read notifications, order statuses, payment requests, and instructions on the Suzuki website or app.

Suzuki uses required cookies for login, language, and security. Analytics or advertising cookies can be turned off.

When the account is restricted from actions

Suzuki may restrict individual features such as purchasing, package forwarding, bidding, price negotiation, Ask the Seller, or restrict the entire account when there is a violation or risk. When restricted, you will see a notification when performing an action; if you want to know the reason, please contact support.
