How to delete your Suzuki account
Send an account deletion request by email and handle your balance and orders before deletion.
Updated 29/09/2026
You can request deletion of your Suzuki account by sending an email to [email protected]. Before making the request, you should check your Suzuki Balance, pending payments, and orders being processed to avoid issues arising after the account is deleted.
Steps to request account deletion
- 1
Check your balance and amounts payable
Go to your account to check your Suzuki Balance, pending payments in "Payment Management" ("Quản lý thanh toán"), and any withdrawal requests. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn or used before deleting the account.
- 2
Send an email requesting account deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request" ("Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản"). In the email, clearly state your request to delete the account so that Suzuki can receive and review it.
- 3
Monitor the response from Suzuki
Suzuki may contact you if further verification is needed or if you need to handle your balance, outstanding payments, or orders being processed before the account deletion request can proceed.
Conditions regarding balance and payments
If the account still has a Suzuki Balance, you need to withdraw or use that balance first. You may also confirm in writing that you waive the remaining balance. Suzuki Balance is prepaid money in the account, denominated in VND, used to pay amounts on Suzuki.
If the account still has unpaid amounts, deleting the account does not remove the payment obligation. These amounts may include unpaid auction orders, shipping fee invoices, surcharges, or advance payments. You need to handle the related amounts according to Suzuki’s instructions.
Orders being processed
If you still have proxy buying orders, auctions, package forwarding orders, or packages in transit, the account deletion request does not make those orders disappear. Suzuki will continue processing according to the actual status of the order and may need to contact you for payment, delivery, or to resolve arising issues.
You should check the order page, warehouse, and payment notifications before sending a deletion request. If you are not sure which orders are still related, you can send a chat message on the website or app for support in checking.
Data retained after deletion
After the account is deleted, transaction records will still be retained in accordance with accounting regulations. These records relate to order history, payments, and transactions that have arisen on Suzuki.
If you want to ask more about personal data, or request to view, correct, or delete data, you can contact [email protected]. Suzuki receives requests and processes them within the scope appropriate to the transactions, outstanding obligations, and applicable regulations.
