Auction Plan and auction deposit

To bid on Yahoo! Auctions through Suzuki, you need to verify your phone number and activate the "Auction Plan" ("Gói đấu giá"). This is an auction deposit used to open bidding privileges and limit the number of links you can participate in at the same time.

Auction Plan tiers

The maximum number of links is the number of items you can hold at the same time in the leading or pending status. When an auction ends or the item no longer takes a slot, that slot can be used for another link.

How to activate the Auction Plan

   Verify your phone number

   You need to verify your phone number with a 6-digit OTP code via SMS before using the bidding feature.

   Open the account page

   Go to the "Overview" ("Tổng quan") page in your Suzuki account.

   Select the Auction Plan section

   In the "Auction Plan" ("Gói đấu giá") section, view the deposit tiers and the corresponding maximum number of links.

   Click activate

   Select the appropriate tier, then click "Activate" ("Kích hoạt") to open bidding privileges according to the selected plan.

Withdraw auction deposit

When you no longer need to use the Auction Plan, you can click "Withdraw deposit" ("Rút cọc"). After withdrawal, the deposit will go to your Suzuki Balance.

If there is still an auction order that needs payment, please go to "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán") and handle the amount that needs to be paid first. After there are no more auctions in which you are leading and no more unpaid auction orders, you can withdraw the deposit again.
