Suzuki Balance: available balance, held funds, and auction deposit
How to understand Suzuki Balance, available balance, held funds, deposits, and transaction history.
Updated 29/09/2026
Suzuki Balance is prepaid money in your account, calculated in Vietnamese dong. You use this balance to pay for charges on Suzuki, such as item price, surcharges, shipping fees, or other amounts payable.
How are balance and available balance different?
The balance in your account is the total amount currently in your Suzuki account. Available balance is the portion that can be used immediately to place orders or make payments.
Available balance is calculated as the balance minus amounts currently being held for orders that have not yet been fully purchased and withdrawal requests being processed. Therefore, in some cases you may see that your account still has money, but the amount you can use immediately is lower.
- Held funds for proxy buying orders: when you place an order, Suzuki holds the money immediately at the time of ordering. The money is only finally deducted when Suzuki successfully purchases the item.
- Held funds for withdrawal requests: when you create a withdrawal request, that amount is no longer included in the available balance while the request is being processed.
- Additional amounts payable: if there are surcharges, shipping fees, or unpaid amounts, you can view and pay them in "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán").
Is the auction deposit included in the available balance?
No. The auction deposit is an amount separated from the available balance. The deposit is used to activate the Auction Plan and determines the number of links you can bid on at the same time.
If you want to withdraw the deposit, go to "Overview" ("Tổng quan") in your account, go to the "Auction Plan" ("Gói đấu giá") section, and click "Withdraw deposit" ("Rút cọc"). The deposit will return to Suzuki Balance. You cannot withdraw the deposit while you are leading an auction that has not ended or still have an unpaid auction order.

When is money refunded to Balance?
If a proxy buying link cannot be purchased because it is out of stock, the seller cancels, or it is rejected, the link will be canceled and the money refunded to Balance. Most refunds are made immediately upon cancellation, but in some cases where it is necessary to wait for the marketplace or seller to refund the money, it may take longer.
