How to find products to request proxy buying

Guide to finding items on the website, pasting links, and reopening products you were interested in.

Updated 29/09/2026

You can find items directly on the Suzuki website or paste a product link from a Japanese website. After opening the product page, you can view the converted price, the Japan domestic shipping fee if any, and then place a proxy buying order according to your needs.

Find items on marketplaces directly on the website

  1. 1

    Search by keyword

Enter a product keyword on the Suzuki website to find items from supported marketplaces. Direct-purchase marketplaces include Mercari, Yahoo! Auctions (Buy It Now), Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! Fleamarket (PayPay Flea Market), Rakuten, Amazon Japan, and Rakuma.

  2. 2

    Open the product page

Click the product you want to view. The website displays the product information, the price converted into Vietnamese dong, and the Japan domestic shipping fee if the seller charges one.

  3. 3

    Buy or add to cart

If you want to buy, click "Buy now" ("Mua ngay") or add it to "Cart" ("Giỏ hàng"). When ordering, you need to choose the international shipping method as air or sea.

The description, photos, and item condition are published by the seller. Suzuki does not inspect items before buying and is not responsible for the information posted by the seller.
  1. 1

Copy the link from a Japanese website

Copy the product link from marketplaces or Japanese websites, then paste it into the search box at the top of the Suzuki website.

  2. 2

    Check the quotation

If the link belongs to a supported marketplace, the website opens the product page and displays the converted price, along with the Japan domestic shipping fee if any.

  3. 3

Create an order for an unsupported link

If the link belongs to an unsupported website, the website automatically switches to the "Create order" ("Tạo đơn") form with the link pre-filled. You enter the product name and price, then staff check and process it.

For Mercari, if an item is marked "専用", it means the item is reserved, and Suzuki will Ask the Seller before buying.

Favorites, favorite sellers, and recently viewed

You can use the save and review sections on the website or app to return to products, sellers, or links you recently opened. These sections help you quickly find them again before deciding to place an order.

  • Reopen a product you were interested in, then click "Buy now" ("Mua ngay") or add it to "Cart" ("Giỏ hàng") if you want to order.
  • For a saved seller, open the seller page to view the products currently on sale and then order by each product link.
  • For recently viewed products, check the information, price, and condition again before ordering because items on Japanese marketplaces may change or sell out.

If a product purchase is unsuccessful because it is sold out, the seller cancels, or it is rejected, the link will be canceled and the money will be refunded to the Suzuki Balance.
