Supported Japanese marketplaces

Suzuki supports proxy buying for items from many Japanese marketplaces and websites, then receives them at the Japan warehouse and ships them to Vietnam. Some features such as bidding, price negotiation, or Ask the Seller only apply to certain marketplaces.

How to order from supported marketplaces

   Paste the product link

   Paste the product link from the supported marketplace into the search box at the top of the Suzuki website.

   Check the quotation

   The website opens the product page and displays the converted price and the Japan domestic shipping fee, if any.

   Place an order

   Click "Buy now" ("Mua ngay") or add the product to your "Cart" ("Giỏ hàng"), then choose the international shipping method as air or sea when ordering.

If the link belongs to another Japanese website

For links belonging to websites that are not directly supported yet, the website will automatically switch to the "Create order" ("Tạo đơn") form and pre-fill the link so you can enter the item name and price. You can also click "Create order" to paste the link yourself and enter the name and price.

After you submit the "Create order" ("Tạo đơn") form, Suzuki staff will check the link and handle it on a case-by-case basis. When ordering, you still need to choose the international shipping method as air or sea.

Notes on price negotiation and bidding

• Price negotiation only applies to Mercari. The minimum suggested price is 80% of the current selling price.
• When the seller agrees to lower the price, you will be notified and can place the order yourself. The item is not reserved for you, so someone else can still buy it first.
• Proxy bidding only applies to Yahoo! Auctions. You need to verify your phone number and activate the "Auction Plan" ("Gói đấu giá") before placing a bid.
