How to place a proxy buying order on Suzuki

You can place a proxy buying order on Suzuki using a product link, by searching directly on the website, or by creating an order yourself from a Japanese website link. When ordering, you need to choose the international shipping method: air shipping or sea shipping.

Ordering with a product link

   Paste the product link

   Paste the product link from supported marketplaces into the search box at the top of the website. Suzuki will open the product page and display the converted price together with the Japan domestic shipping fee, if any.

   Select “Buy now” (“Mua ngay”) or add to “Cart” (“Giỏ hàng”)

   If you want to order one item, click “Buy now” (“Mua ngay”). If you want to combine multiple items before payment, add the product to the “Cart” (“Giỏ hàng”).

   Select the shipping method

   When placing an order, select international shipping by air shipping or sea shipping. The international shipping fee will be calculated after the goods arrive at the Japan warehouse and are weighed and recorded.

   Select additional services if needed

   You can select Product photos, Product inspection, or Carton reinforcement when placing an order. These services are charged according to each option.

Ordering with the “Create order” (“Tạo đơn”) form

If the link belongs to a Japanese website that is not yet directly supported, the website will switch to the “Create order” (“Tạo đơn”) form and prefill the link. You need to enter the item name and price so staff can check and process it.

You can also click “Create order” (“Tạo đơn”) to paste the link yourself and enter the item name and price. This method is suitable when the product cannot open the automatic order page on Suzuki.

Payment when placing an order

When placing a proxy buying order, you pay 100% of the item price from your Suzuki Balance, plus known amounts such as the Japan domestic shipping fee, Rakuten fee if any, and additional services if selected. The money is held first, then only deducted permanently when Suzuki successfully purchases the item.

If the Balance is insufficient, you cannot place the order yet. The website will show the remaining amount needed and display the “Top up” (“Nạp thêm”) button.

Suzuki does not provide cargo insurance service.

When the purchase is unsuccessful

If the product is out of stock, the seller cancels, or the order is rejected, the link will be canceled and the money will be refunded to the Balance. Most refunds are processed as soon as cancellation occurs; if it is necessary to wait for the marketplace or seller to refund, the time may be longer.

Surcharges arising after ordering

After ordering, surcharges may arise if the actual price is higher, the seller increases the price, or the seller charges an additional shipping fee. In that case, you will receive a payment request in “Payment management” (“Quản lý thanh toán”).

For surcharges due to the seller increasing the price, you can refuse to pay. When you refuse, the link is canceled and the money is refunded to the Balance. For Yahoo! Auctions only, the surcharge is mandatory. Shipping fees charged by the seller when goods arrive at the warehouse may be deducted directly from the Balance.

Note for Mercari items with the word 専用

For Mercari, if the item is marked “専用”, it is a reserved item, and Suzuki will Ask the Seller before purchasing. The purchase will only be made when it can be processed according to the seller’s response.
