Mercari Price Negotiation
How to send a Mercari price offer request and track the result in Price Negotiation.
Updated 29/09/2026
The price negotiation feature helps you ask Suzuki to send a discount proposal to the seller on Mercari. Suzuki will translate and send the request for you. This feature is free.
Conditions of use
- Only applies to products on Mercari.
- The minimum proposed price must be equal to 80% of the current selling price.
- Each link can only have one pending request. If you want to send a new proposal, the later proposal must be higher than the previous one.
- New accounts cannot use this feature immediately. You need to contact support to have it enabled.
How to send a negotiation request
- 1
Open the Mercari product
Find the Mercari product on Suzuki or open the Mercari product link you want to negotiate.
- 2
Enter the proposed price
Enter the price you want to propose. This price must meet the minimum condition of 80% of the current selling price.
- 3
Send the request
Suzuki will translate the content and ask the seller for you. After sending, you can track the request in the "Price Negotiation" ("Thương lượng giá") section.
Tracking in "Price Negotiation" ("Thương lượng giá")
You can go to the "Price Negotiation" ("Thương lượng giá") section to view sent requests and their status while awaiting a response from the seller. If a link currently has a pending request, you cannot send another request for the same link.
Results after the seller responds
- If the seller agrees to lower the price, Suzuki will notify you. You need to place the order for the product yourself after receiving the notification.
- If the seller does not agree or does not respond, the product remains at the price the seller has listed.
- Negotiation does not mean that Suzuki has already bought the item for you.
