Price list and how to select additional services when placing an order on Suzuki.

When placing an order on Suzuki, you can select several additional services to support item handling at the warehouse. These services are charged separately per item or per package, depending on what you select when ordering.

How to select additional services when placing an order

Open the product or create an order
Paste the product link into the search box at the top of the website, search for items by keyword on the marketplaces within the Suzuki website, or click "Create order" ("Tạo đơn") to enter the link, name, and price.

Select the international shipping method
When placing an order, you need to select the international shipping method as air shipping or sea shipping.

Select additional services if needed
At the ordering step, select Item photos, Item inspection, or Carton reinforcement according to your needs. The service is added to the order payment.

Pay from Balance
When purchasing, you pay in full for the item price and known charges, including additional services if selected. If the Balance is insufficient, the website will notify you of the missing amount and display the "Top up" ("Nạp thêm") button.
When to choose each service
- Select Item photos if you want to receive photos of the item when it is handled at the warehouse. This service includes at least 3 photos.
- Select Item inspection if you need to check the quantity or model of the item.
- Select Carton reinforcement if you want the package to be additionally reinforced with carton before shipping. The 1,000 JPY fee is converted according to the exchange rate Suzuki announces on the website.
Notes on fees and payment
The item price is calculated in JPY and converted to VND according to the exchange rate Suzuki announces on the website. The exchange rate is fixed at the time of ordering; later charges arising for the same item use the fixed exchange rate. The VND amount is rounded up to the nearest thousand.
In addition to additional services, an item may incur other charges such as the item price, Japan domestic shipping fee if charged by the seller, surcharges from the seller or marketplace, international shipping fee, and delivery fee within Vietnam.
