Tracking orders and packages

How to view order status, items at the Japan warehouse, and the shipping timeline.

Updated 29/09/2026

You can track orders in 3 main places: the "Order Management" ("Quản lý đơn hàng") page, the "Japan Warehouse" ("Kho Nhật") page, and each package’s timeline. Each place shows a different part of the buying, warehousing, and shipping process to Vietnam.

Tracking order status

  1. 1

Open the "Order Management" ("Quản lý đơn hàng") page

Go to your account and open the "Order Management" ("Quản lý đơn hàng") page to view the proxy buying and bidding orders you have created.

  2. 2

    Select the appropriate status tab

The status tabs include: All / Processing / Awaiting payment / Japan domestic shipping in progress / Arrived at Japan warehouse / International shipping in progress / Arrived at Vietnam warehouse / Delivery / Completed / Canceled.

  3. 3

Check the order you need to track

Select the order to view its current status. If the order is in "Awaiting payment" ("Chờ thanh toán"), you should check the amount to be paid in "Payment Management" ("Quản lý thanh toán").

The order will automatically move to "Completed" ("Hoàn thành") after 7 days from delivery. You should check the items soon after receiving them so you can submit a claim or feedback in time if there is a problem.

Checking items on the "Japan Warehouse" ("Kho Nhật") page

The "Japan Warehouse" ("Kho Nhật") page in your account helps you track items that have arrived or are about to arrive at Suzuki’s Japan warehouse. This page has 3 sections: "Items Arriving at Warehouse" ("Hàng sắp tới kho"), "Items in Warehouse" ("Hàng trong kho"), and "Items Shipped from Warehouse" ("Hàng xuất kho").

  • "Items Arriving at Warehouse" ("Hàng sắp tới kho"): used to track items that are on the way from the seller to the Japan warehouse.
  • "Items in Warehouse" ("Hàng trong kho"): displays items that have been warehoused, including weight, unit price, total shipping fee, and warehousing date.
  • "Items Shipped from Warehouse" ("Hàng xuất kho"): displays items that have been shipped out of the Japan warehouse for international shipping.

Viewing the package timeline

Each package has its own timeline so you know which stage the package is in. Tracking milestones include: Arrived at Japan warehouse → International shipping in progress → Arrived at Vietnam warehouse → Out for delivery → Completed.

The usual shipping process is: the seller sends the item to the Japan warehouse → Suzuki warehouses, weighs, and records it → ships it by flight or sea container → it arrives at the Vietnam warehouse → it is delivered to you.

When there is a shipping fee payment request

When items have been shipped out of Japan, you will receive a shipping fee payment request, for example "Shipping payment batch …" ("Thanh toán vận chuyển đợt …"), in "Payment Management" ("Quản lý thanh toán"). You need to confirm the receiving address and delivery method before paying.

The international shipping fee must be paid before the items are delivered. If items remain in the warehouse for a long time or the shipping fee is not paid, Suzuki may notify you of storage fees or the handling method according to regulations.
