Guide to creating a Ship-for-me order

How to create a Ship-for-me order, get the Japan warehouse address, and notes when sending goods to Suzuki.

Updated 29/09/2026

Package forwarding is a service for goods you buy yourself elsewhere and send to Suzuki's Japan warehouse. Suzuki receives the goods at the Japan warehouse, warehouses them, then sends them to Vietnam by the air shipping or sea shipping method you choose.

Steps to create a Ship-for-me order

  1. 1

Open the Ship-for-me order creation form

Log in to your account, click "Create order" ("Tạo đơn"), then select "Create Ship-for-me order" ("Tạo đơn ship hộ").

  2. 2

Select the warehouse and enter package information

Select the receiving warehouse, enter the Japan domestic tracking number, item name, category, photos, and notes if any. You need to accurately declare the goods sent to the warehouse.

  3. 3

    Select the international shipping method

Select air shipping or sea shipping. The international shipping fee for package forwarding is calculated like proxy buying items, based on the actual weight when the goods arrive at the Japan warehouse.

  4. 4

Get the warehouse address and recipient name

After creating the order, the website displays the warehouse address and recipient name that must be written on the package. You need to pass this exact information to the seller or sender in Japan.

Goods are only considered received when Suzuki confirms warehousing. A successful delivery status from the Japan domestic carrier does not mean the goods have been warehoused.

How to write the recipient name on the package

When sending goods to the Japan warehouse, you need to write the exact recipient name displayed by the website in the Ship-for-me order. This information helps Suzuki identify the package and match it with your order when the goods arrive at the warehouse.

If the recipient name, tracking number, or declared information is missing or incorrect, warehousing may be delayed because Suzuki needs more time to check and match the information.

Goods paid for upon receipt in Japan

If goods are sent under a recipient-pays method such as 着払い or 代引き, you need to enter the amount in the "Payment-on-behalf fee" ("Phí thanh toán hộ") field in yen and pay in advance on Suzuki. The Japan warehouse can only process it once this amount has been recorded for the order.

If goods have not arrived at the warehouse after about 7 days

If after about 7 days the goods still have not been confirmed as warehoused by Suzuki, you should check again with the sender or seller in Japan. Then message Suzuki via chat with the Japan domestic tracking number for support in checking.

Declare accurately and note restricted goods

You are responsible for accurately declaring Ship-for-me goods, including item name, category, photos, and related information. Suzuki has the right to refuse to receive or send prohibited goods, goods restricted under Japanese law, Vietnamese law, marketplace regulations, carrier regulations, or high-risk goods.

Some goods such as batteries, liquids, or flammable/explosive goods may be limited in shipping methods. If you are not sure whether the goods can be shipped, you should message Suzuki via chat before sending them to the Japan warehouse.
