Delivery within Vietnam

When items from Japan have arrived at the Vietnam warehouse, Suzuki will handle delivery according to your choice. Items sent by air shipping arrive at the Hanoi warehouse; items sent by sea shipping arrive at the Ho Chi Minh City warehouse.

Delivery options within Vietnam

• Viettel Post.
• 247 Express.
• Express delivery via Viettel or 247.
• Book Grab.
• Come to the warehouse to pick up the items yourself.

Domestic delivery fees are paid by the customer to the delivery provider upon receiving the items. This amount is separate from the international shipping fee from Japan to Vietnam.

What you need to do before the items are delivered

   Check the international shipping fee payment request

   When the items have left Japan, Suzuki creates a shipping fee payment request in "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán") with the description "Pay shipping for batch …" ("Thanh toán vận chuyển đợt …").

   Confirm the address and delivery method

   Before paying the shipping fee, you need to confirm the delivery address and choose a delivery method within Vietnam, for example Viettel Post, 247 Express, express delivery, booking Grab, or coming to the warehouse to pick up the items yourself.

   Pay the international shipping fee

   You need to pay the international shipping fee before the items are delivered. The international shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight when the items arrive at the Japan warehouse, multiplied by the unit price for air shipping or sea shipping, then rounded up to the nearest thousand VND.

4. 4

   Receive the items and pay the domestic delivery fee

   When the delivery provider in Vietnam delivers the items, you pay the domestic delivery fee directly to the delivery provider according to that provider's payment method.

Come to the warehouse to pick up the items yourself

If you want to come to the warehouse to pick up the items yourself, select the option to pick up the items yourself at the warehouse when confirming the delivery method. Suzuki will handle the items according to this choice, and you need to follow notifications on the website or app to receive further instructions.

Track parcel status

You can track the parcel timeline in your account. Common statuses include: Arrived at Japan warehouse → International shipping in progress → Arrived at Vietnam warehouse → Out for delivery → Completed.
