How to pay the international shipping fee

Instructions for receiving the fee request, confirming the address, choosing the delivery method, and paying.

Updated 29/09/2026

This article guides you through paying the international shipping fee for items proxy bought, proxy bid, or sent via package forwarding through Suzuki. The international shipping fee is collected by batch, after the items have left Japan.

When you receive a fee payment request

When the items have left Japan, you will receive a fee payment request in "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán"). The request usually has a name in the format "Shipping payment batch …" ("Thanh toán vận chuyển đợt …"). You need to pay the fee before the items are delivered in Vietnam.

You can track your items in your account. On the Japan Warehouse page, the "Items in warehouse" ("Hàng trong kho") section displays the weight, unit price, total fee, and warehouse arrival date. The parcel timeline usually goes through these statuses: Arrived at Japan warehouse → In international transport → Arrived at Vietnam warehouse → Out for delivery → Completed.

The international shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight when the items arrive at the Japan warehouse. Air shipping is 195,000 VND/kg and arrives at the Hanoi warehouse. Sea shipping is 75,000 VND/kg and arrives at the Ho Chi Minh City warehouse. The amount is rounded up to the nearest thousand VND.

What you need to confirm before paying the fee

Before paying, you need to confirm the receiving address and delivery method in Vietnam. This is a required step so that Suzuki knows which method to use to deliver the items after they arrive at the Vietnam warehouse.

  • You can choose Viettel Post, 247 Express, express delivery via Viettel/247, book Grab, or come to the warehouse to pick up the items yourself.
  • The delivery fee within Vietnam is paid by you to the delivery provider when receiving the items.
  • When the items leave the Vietnam warehouse, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier.

Step 1: Open "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán")

Log in to your Suzuki account and go to "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán") to view the amounts currently waiting for payment.

  2. 2

Step 2: Select the "Shipping payment batch …" ("Thanh toán vận chuyển đợt …") request

Open the correct fee request for the batch of items you need to receive. Check the parcel list, total fee, and displayed information before continuing.

  3. 3

Step 3: Confirm the receiving address

Choose one of the currently supported delivery methods: Viettel Post, 247 Express, express delivery, book Grab, or come to the warehouse to pick up the items yourself.

  5. 5

    Step 5: Pay the fee

Pay with your Suzuki Balance in "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán"). After payment, Suzuki continues processing delivery according to the address and delivery method you confirmed.

Some special items may have a separate shipping surcharge. Bulky items sent by air shipping may also incur a surcharge. If any arise, Suzuki will notify you so you can handle them case by case.

If you do not see a fee payment request yet

If the items have just arrived at the Japan warehouse or are still waiting to leave Japan, you may not yet see the fee request in "Payment management" ("Quản lý thanh toán"). The fee payment request is only sent when the items have left Japan by shipping batch.

If you see unclear fee information, cannot find the payment request, or need to change delivery information, please send a chat message on the website or app so Suzuki can check and support you.
